Each SEMICON West 2012 Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor Profile includes:
Listing in the printed SEMICON West Event Directory (company name, booth number, company contact and product categories)
1000 character online profile/company description plus full company contact information
Company Logo (online profile only)
30 product categories (download the complete SEMICON West 2012 category list)
Three (3) product listings with color pictures (online profile only)
Three (3) press releases (online profile only)
Get Started! Create Your Exhibitor Directory Profile Listing by May 18, 2012:
Exhibitor Login – Type in your password to gain access to the Exhibitor console. Here you may provide details about your products and/or services for potential visitors to search for and find you even before the show.
Exhibitor Console – Preview your listing and make changes to your exhibitor details.
Co-Exhibitors – Register your Co-Exhibitors by May 11, 2012 for an additional fee of $750. Co-Exhibitors will be notified of their registration by email confirmation. They will receive a separate password to create their listing. All profiles must be completed by May 18, 2012 for inclusion in the printed Event Directory.
Exhibitor Designated Contractors – An EDC is a company or person, other than the official contractors, that you appoint to provide services on the show floor during move-in, move-out, and/or show days. Register your EDC by June 8, 2012.

BEWARE – Special Warning Notice about FAIRGuide and Expo Guide
With the ongoing solicitations, SEMI would like to continue to alert you to the two organizations soliciting internet Event Directory listing information in a misleading manner. The two organizations are Austrian based, FairGuide and Mexican based, ExpoGuide.
This is an on-going issue and is not related to the SEMICON West 2012 Event Directory. Both the FAIRGuide and Expo-Guide.com are not endorsed or supported by SEMI Show Management. By submitting these forms, exhibitors are contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement with excessive fees.
