TARS is an all-around for outdoor autonomous self-driving ability. It is not only suitable for indoor and outdoor scenes, but also for many scenes in rugged paths. It has an onboard PC, GPS and IMU fully integrated with out-of-the-box autonomous capabilities.
Its using a 3D Lidar as the main navigation sensor to drive autonomously. It will be able to provide L3-L4 autonomous level and obstacle avoidance abilities after mapping the environment for delivery coverage and it’s customized and updated for commercialization in outdoor scenarios from day to night.
