  • At JKS, we provide a complete chemical deflashing solution with our CT Series System. It is a fully enclosed and automated multi-tank system. JKS provides effective chemical deflashing processes which incorporates mechanism such as chemical immersion washing, rinsing with air bubbling and hot air drying.

  • At JKS, we provide a complete High Purity Cleaning (HPC) solution with our CT Series System. It is a batch cleaning series that comprises multiple tanks. To meet the requirements of the high purity industry, we collaborate with the right chemical partner, Borer, to advise on the most suitable chemical for the process. JKS provides effective high purity cleaning which incorporates different mechanism based on different customers' requirements.

  • At JKS, we provide two main types of Fume Hood Cabinet - Stainless Steel Fume Hood and Plastic Fume Hood with our CT Series system for the semicondoctor frontend applications. It is a fully enclosed batch cleaning series. The Stainless Steel Fume Hood is designed for the cleaning of semiconductor frontend tools while the Plastic Fume Hood is designed for the surface treatment during etching process as well as cleaning of semiconductor frontend tools.

  • We are pleased to announce our exciting collaboration with EcoClean, our esteemed international partner, as we unveil two revolutionary new products that will transform the way we approach cleaning and quality control.

    The first product is EcoCbase C2 / P2 Single Chamber Cleaning System. The C2 uses non-halogenated hydrocarbons as highly effective media for removing oils, greases, emulsions and swarf. While for the P2, it offers even greater flexibility as it uses polar and partially polar solvents. The machine can be used between or after manufacturing processess.

    The second product is the Acoustic Performance Measurement (APM). It is a breakthrough in the ultrasonic measurement technology as APM is the first automatic system in the market to check the ultrasonic function of cleaning stations. It provides validated and consistent cleaning data results for customers who are concerned about the quality of ultrasonic.
