Laser Cutting–Marking System Namson PowerMARK PCB is an automatic laser engraving system for PCB/FPCB boards, used to engrave content such as numbers, characters, images, codes, 1D and 2D barcodes. In addition, the system can also be used for laser cutting, drilling, and cutting out extremely small details for applications in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
The system is equipped with a Namson PowerMARK UVmarking machine that uses a high-end laser source from the world's leading laser brand, Coherent. As an automatic system used in industries that require high precision and sophistication, PowerMARK PCB is equipped with XY motion tables, a CVP positioning camera, and is synchronized with the SMT system. The control software is programmed by Namson Laser's engineers to meet customer needs. All design and assembly processes are carried out at the Nam Son factory, so we can proactively develop products according to customers' high-tech scientific and technological applications.
