This series is a grown-in-place polyurethane poromeric which incorporates a vertically-oriented pore structure. These pores help the loaded pressure to be evenly shared on the surface of the platen. This series are special for the final polishing step of CMP. Especially, it can be used high precise requirement for semiconductor advanced process.
