  • The GES Series 100 high voltage connectors are designed for operating voltages up to 100 kV DC and up to 80 A of rated current. They are particularly suitable as voltage output from high voltage sources like hv power supplies or electrostatic chucks. Typical applications are semiconductor production equipment such as micro lithography, ebeam and ion-beam applications or particle acceleration. Since February 2018 we provide a significantly improved redesign presented at Semicon West 2018 at our booth 643.

  • Substantially reduced in size and weight Series MC high voltage connectors withstand operating voltages up to 10 kV DC / 13 A. They can be equipped with up to 5 contacts. Both sides of the these HV connectors can be configured as plug or socket. Typical applications are semiconductor production equipment, non-destructive testing systems (NDT) or electrostatic applications. From July 2018 on we will provide a fully compatible redesigned version that will be presented at Semicon West 2018 at our booth 643.
