Overview

Established in November 2000, our company manufactures piezoelectric actuators with patents for ultra-small ultrasonic motors, and provides precision products for the development of industrial equipment in various fields such as security, semiconductors, logistics, medical care, and optics at companies, research institutes, and universities. We are also manufacturing Linear Stage modules and AF modules based on piezoelectric actuators necessary for the development of controllable module products. In addition, all of these tasks can be customized to meet the needs of various customers, and it is a small and medium-sized business that strives to help secure national competitiveness with 75% of exports. The items we are exhibiting are TULA, a Tiny Ultrasonic Linear Actuator, Linear Stage Module based on TULA with a minimum movement distance of 3mm to 20mm, and Auto Focus with a movement distance of 6mm to 13mm developed for M12 lenses. Module standard products are exhibited, and all of these products have Micron-level repeatability. In addition, these products have strength against external forces so that they can perform well in semiconductor facilities.
