CEJN’s UltraFLOW SC Quick Coupling Series is specially designed for the liquid cooling systems in Semicon manufacturing process; featuring Leak-free operations with double ferrule tube fittings.

Our Leak-free, Non-drip coupling series offers high flow and minimal pressure drop; and Blind-mate options range from DN-3 to DN-19. The flat-face design ensures no spill upon connection or disconnection with high flow capacity, low pressure drop and long-term reliability, making it an ideal quick coupling for liquid cooling applications. Customized solutions are also available.

    CEJN ultraFLOW is the ideal choice to keep the temperature in chiller devices under control when the etching process with thinner and thinner lines requires extremely low temperatures. 

    Especially for the semiconductor industry, CEJN has designed a special variant of the ultraFLOW quick connect coupling including double ferrule tube fittings. This connection is made to meet the most demanding specifications required within semiconductor manufacturing, among other industrial applications. The double ferrule tube fitting will to a greater extent ensure a quick, safe and spill-free disconnection of different parts of the system, such as tubes, pipes and hoses.

    DLC is a specially designed liquid cooling product for use in industrial thermal management systems for data centers, power electronics, digital broadcasting/telecommunications equipment, medical equipment and radar equipment.

    Designed for Direct Liquid Cooling

    DLC is designed for thermal management applications that require an optimized product for spill-free connection and disconnection. Seals remain intact during connection and disconnection under pressure and within a temperature range of -40° to 176° Fahrenheit (-40° to +80° Celsius).

    The special NBR compound for the seal, combined with unique product design, protects the sealing elements from damage, which otherwise is a common problem with standard solutions. It is also possible to connect and disconnect at pressures of up to 145 PSI (10 bar).

    Dry-break and leak-tight

    The Non-drips are quick connect couplings and nipples that are designed for low-pressure fluid applications. The coupling's dry-break feature is 100% functional and leak-tight tested during the production process to ensure a reliable coupling for liquid cooling.

    Designed for all types of fluids

    The affordable Non-Drip is available in two material versions, nickel-plated brass and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316 version. It is ideal for connecting all types of fluid lines, whether your application involves cold or hot water, dielectric fluids, glycols, mineral or synthetic heat transfer oils. The quick disconnect is available in three configurations: double shut-off, single shut-off and straight through.

    Features to avoid cross-connection

    With a color ring in a specific color on matching couplers and nipples there is less risk for cross-connection that will potentially lead to mixing media or incorrect flow direction. Color coding is available as an option for the non-drip series. There is also key coding which makes it physically impossible to connect a coupling to other than the intended nipple. This is a useful feature in applications where there are several fluid lines and connections.
