Changchun Changguang Yuanchen Microelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers to as YCMEC) was established on 29, December, 2016 in Changchun, Jilin Province, China. YCMEC is an independent semiconductor fab which is specialized in offering BSI, SOI and special chip-level process for 200mm and 300mm CMOS image sensor wafers, and provides Color Filter & Microlens development and manufacturing. We also focus on customized process designs and customized semiconductor manufacturing. Our technical engineer support the customization per project needs and our superior performance includes: BSI CIS, Stack BSI, SOI, MEMS, Fiber Waveguide, 3D Time-of-Flight(TOF), Optical Thin Film(ARC) enables a rich variety of existing imaging applications.
With advanced technology and special process, YCMEC serves for a diversified markets such as the industrial, aerospace, automotive, high-end photography, medical and scientific, optical spectrum instrument, augmented reality/virtual reality and security markets. For fabless companies, we provide unique processes and tools to manufacture customer’s specialty products, also including short loop process, single step process or full flow process, such as optical coatings and thin films coating, cavity bonding, fusion bonding, hybrid bonding, silicon grinding, silicon polishing, High K, Ion implant, laser anneal, IR lithography alignment technology, etc. For fabs, we offer BSI-CIS production support in standard YCMEC process flow and other semiconductor manufacturing services.
In the future, YCMEC will continue to develop and produce BSI CMOS image sensor wafers, customized process designs and customized semiconductor manufacturing for middle and high-end applications, and build an integrated semiconductor manufacturing fab integrating design, manufacturing and testing, so as to provide competitive high-quality products and services for customers worldwide.
