Established in 2008, Changzhou Ruize Microelectronics (REC) focuses in advanced wet processing equipments and associated key components. Application areas include leading edge photomasks, integrated circuits, advanced wafer level packaging, LED, MEMS as well as photovoltaic. Solely developed by REC, PMX1000 has been successfully employed in major photomask manufacturing facilities in semiconductor community in china. PMX1000 covers all wet processes for building photomask. Application includes photoresist stripping, final cleaning and glue removing. Addition to wet processing equipment, REC also develops wet process key components, such as perfluoro wet chemical pumps, wet chemical inline heaters and chemical mixing units. REC will work closely with customers to meet their current and future needs.
