RPS Co., Ltd. founded in 2005 is a venture enterprise which has succeeded in the mass production of Air Bearing Spindle for the first time in Korea on the basis of advanced high-precision process technologies and air bearing manufacturing technologies. On the basis of such technologies mentioned above, we have been producing the fixed pressure air bearing with a built-in high frequency motor applied to semiconductor-producing equipment,through continued research and development, thus making us possess one-step upgraded technologies. Through succeeding in localization of air bearing spindles for which we have been relying on foreign products and building up the facilities which make mass production possible, we are making continued efforts to be the only company in Korea which can enhance national competitiveness in the field of air bearing spindle.
