Getting off the mark by building China’s first 200mm wafer fab, Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (HHGrace) under Huahong Group now operates three 200mm wafer fabrication facilities in Jinqiao and Zhangjiang, Shanghai, with a total capacity over 170,000 wafers per month. The Company also provides sales and technical support in Taiwan, Japan, North America and Europe. With expertise in all technical nodes from 1μm to 90nm, the Company delivers globally competitive and differentiated eNVM, power discrete, analog and power management, as well as logic and RF process platforms, and has manufactured automotive chips in volume for years.
