Exhibitor Directory Administrative Site

  Tools and features for Exhibitor's use:

•   - View and print the floor plan in real time by clicking on the following floorplan options:  Flash 'Floor Plan' or HTML 'Floor Plan'.
•   - Search for current exhibitors by a variety of parameters by clicking on 'Exhibitor Search'
•   - See a full list of exhibitors by clicking on 'Exhibitor List'
•   - In March, your Directory Profile will be published on our SEMICON Singapore website.  Please complete your online profile by March 15 to meet the print directory deadline. 

  

Important Note - Listing for Printed Event Directory Deadline has Passed

If you enter any changes or new information in the 'Print Directory' field after April 11, it will not be captured to include in the onsite Event Directory.  Instead of updating this field, please send your changes directory to our Singapore office via email to:  gchoo@semi.org before April 17. Any information received after April 17 will be included in the OnSite Addendum.  Please feel free, however, to continue to modify your 'Online Print Profile' listing.  Your online profile will be updated through the exposition.


Get Started!  Create Your Exhibitor Directory Profile Listing: 

- Click on 'Exhibitor Login' and type in your password to gain access to the Exhibitor console. Here you can provide details about your products and/or services for potential attendees to search on and find you even before the show!  Register and create your Co-Exhibitor profile listings.  Co-Exhibitors will be

notified of their registration by email confirmation.  They will be sent a separate password to modify and / or upgrade their listing.  Select 'upgrade' for Co-Exhibitors to enhance their profile listings for a nominal fee.  A payment information form is included online.

- In the 'Exhibitor Console' you can preview your listing and make changes to your exhibiting details.

 

 

New Features! 

 

We have added some new features and changes to enhance your Primary Exhibitor online profile:

     > Welcome Message - Use this message line to welcome and grab your site visitor's attention

     > Press Releases - Add up to 5 Press Releases to your online profile

     > Logo * - Upload your company logo for display next to your company name 

     > Product Listing, Detailed Description, Graphic Image * - Create up to 6 detailed product listings and include product images

     > Change: Previously, we offered a separate section to list your products.  Please list these products in your Description section.

* Please note that as part of our new and improved on-line directory profile, we are currently offering several

  products at no charge. We are pleased to offer these valuable features.  However, these are subject to

  'upgrade' fees in the future. Please take advantage of these on-line features and provide us with your

  feedback.

 

 

Visitor & Exhibitor Feature:  'My Briefcase' - once we publish your online Exhibitor Directory Listing on our SEMICON Singapore website, your listing 

can be viewed and saved by any site visitor for their reference to contact your before, during or after the exposition.  This planning tool can be used by visitors

and exhibitors.  To access this feature, you will need to create a profile to receive your eCode Log-In.  Encourage your customers to use this feature to save your 

listing in their 'Planner'.  Use your own eCode Log-In to save directory profiles for you or your colleagues to contact or visit at the show.  This is a very valuable 

feature that will help you and your customers plan in advance prior to arriving on-site.
