Our Ceramic Bonding Capillary has been developed beyond the bounds of common sense utilizing the accumulated know-how and adopting Zirconia toughened Alumina ceramic as material. We can provide bonding capillary for Cu wire application as well as for Au wire application. Recently we acquired Panasonic LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) business and are now reconstructing it as one of our new core business. It is a multi-layer ceramic technology, where layers of low resistance metal printed onto ceramic substrates to form passive components and the layers are then stacked and fired to form a very robust finished product. It is used in various fields such as semiconductor packages and circuit substrates.
