BEST is a semiconductor equipment company registered in Beijing. In May 2016, BEST, through Beijing E-Town Capital, acquired Mattson, one of the world’s leading suppliers of semiconductor equipment located in Silicon Valley, for a total price of approximately US$300 million. This was the first case in which China capital was used to successfully acquire an international semiconductor equipment corporation.
BEST mainly provides equipment and solutions for Dry Strip, Dry Etch, RTP and MSA markets to 300 mm wafer customers, worldwide. Dry Strip, RTP and MSA equipment are among the top three supplied in each of their respective segments, and its major customers cover all top ten manufacturers of integrated circuits.
Beijing factory, started production in September 2018, has the ability to assemble products domestically in Dry Strip, Dry Etch and MSA and can complete all testing requirements prior to delivery. We have a well-structured and responsive customer service system, including a customer training system, on-site technical support, spare parts management and a customer complaint system.
