Corporate headquarter is near Hsinchu Taiwan. The main operations center of Mainland China is based in Shanghai with the support centers located in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Wuhu, Chongqing and Xi''an.
In addition to our own RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing) product, today Premtek currently carries more than 10 product lines from USA, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Canada. Our product applications and solutions covers wafer manufacturing, product engineering, assembly and testing of semiconductor industry, IC carrier, HDI board and flex board of PCB industry as well as LED industry.Looking ahead, we will continue to focus on our customers’ needs and applications.
