Founded in 2013, Zhejiang Cheer Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the microelectronics manufacturing equipment industry. Our business mainly focuses on developing/manufacturing/selling the immersion system of high-end lithography tools, along with fluid control devices and systems for the pan-semiconductor industry. Cheer Technology grown from the Cheer team of the State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power & Machatronic Systems in Zhejiang University. Cheer team have undertaken more than 30 research projects, included in the National "863" Program, the "02" National Key S&T Special Projects and so on. Up to now, we have gained over 100 authorized invention patents.
Cheer Team has a staff of 115, including researchers and managers. Among the staff, 5 workers have senior professional titles, 10 workers have doctor degrees, 80% of the team are researchers. Cheer Technology has mastered plenty of technical experiences in the fields of precise fluid measurement and control, pan-semiconductor manufacture, purification technology and so on.
