Overview
Zhenjiang Runjing High Purity Chemical Technology CO,.LTD.(Runjing Tech) is located in the International Chemical Industry Park in Zhenjiang New Area, Jiangsu Province, and is a leading manufacturer of electronic chemicals. Runjing Tech was established in 2008 and was rated as a high-tech enterprise in 2014. It completed its listing on the New Third Board in May 2016 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Haike Group in June 2017. Currently, it is actively preparing for a domestic main version listing.
As a leading global developer (TMAH) manufacturer, the company is a supplier to major panel manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, BOE, HKC, and CSOT Optoelectronics. It is also the only developer manufacturer from mainland to enter the Taiwan market.
In 2021, Runjing Tech established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hefei, introducing state-of-the-art process work to produce semiconductor grade wet electronic chemicals and serving nearby semiconductor and panel customers.
The company's main production project is reaction synthesis, purification to electronic grade tetramethylammonium argon oxide (TMAH), IPA, NMP, PM/PMA, HMDS and other products suitable for panel and semiconductor processes. The capatiy of TMAH is 60,000 tons/year. At the same time, Runjing Tech also develop composite products that can be used in other functional wet electronic chemicals such as copper, silver, aluminum, silicon, silicon dioxide, and other etching solution in the panel and semiconductor industries, as well as various conventional and customized high-purity EBR, stripper, and cleaning solution products.
In terms of semiconductor applications, there are products such as H2O2, NH3·H2O, POST-CMP cleaner, PM/PMA, IPA, etc.
