We mainly provide equipment maintenance and professional services to upstream and downstream customers in the semiconductor industry, and are currently the only supplier and exporter of Semiconductor Manufacturer Equipment (SME) and parts of developed generations already launched. In addition to turnkey services for equipment integration, factory-to-factory relocation of machines, equipment repair and refurbishment, performance upgrade, manufacturing process modifications, maintenance services and supply of equipment components and parts, we also provide professional services such as design and manufacture of vacuum heating system and CMS system planning, construction and installation for semiconductor factory equipment, in order to fully satisfy the potential needs of customers.
