Hunan Borun Micro Electronics Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the first phase of 20 million yuan investment, improve and create semiconductor equipment for gas pipeline parts, vacuum chamber parts, rare metal and superhard material parts machining and welding capabilities, surface polishing and cleaning capabilities, high clean vacuum packaging capabilities.
