Overview

In 2019, GLTech completed the acquisition of 100% equity of ADT jointly with several Chinese funded institutions. New ADT takes Zhengzhou, as its headquarter, R&D and production base, Israel as its overseas R&D and production base, and Shanghai as its sales center to layout its global business. Breaking the monopoly of foreign brands, new ADT has been making every effort to help the localization of semiconductor equipment, providing total solutions for customers all over the world.
