With the atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology as its core, and by using numerous vacuum film technologies, such as CVD, to develop the echelons of product systems, Leadmicro is committed to the development, production, and application of advanced micro- and nano-scale thin-film deposition equipment. Our business covers a large number of pan-semiconductor-related fields, such as photovoltaics (PV), LEDs, integrated circuits, and MEMS, as well as the fields related to new energy and flexible electronics.
