KRATOS SEMICONDUCTOR was established in December 2020, committed to the research and development and localization of semiconductor equipment, developing various semiconductor related equipment with its own intellectual property rights, including etching alignment, wet process equipment, particle cleaning equipment, high-precision spectrometers, etc., and signing cooperative agency agreements with multiple major foreign equipment suppliers, such as TOHO (Tobon), a Japanese wet cleaning equipment manufacturer, Korean alignment equipment manufacturer AUROS and others.
KRATOS SEMICONDUCTOR focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales integration services of semiconductor process equipment, providing one-stop solutions for semiconductor manufacturers' process equipment. We will provide customers with advanced semiconductor technology products and an experienced technical service team to provide efficient and high-quality services. This includes sales, installation, software and hardware support and performance improvement of machine equipment, process development and yield improvement, relocation, maintenance services, warranty repair services, parts support, and education and training.
