Overview
In order to provide service for China area customers, then established Youfu in Kunshan city of Jiangsu province. The technique of all products was authorized from mother company-Fu-Hwa Machine Co,Ltd. To develop and manufacture products as 6~12 inch wafer cassette, 6~12 inch wafer frame, slot magazine, stack magazine, carrier, al-reel, boat for semiconductor assembly and testing process. Products can make customize products according customer’s request. Our main clients include: NXP ASE Littelfuse Philippines etc. In 2006, to develop and manufacture the Bin wafer cassette, wafer cassette, film frame for LED sorting process. In 2009, we plan to develop the new products for solar energy process, as clean wafer cassette with solar cell, frame for solar cell module. Our future goal is to develop new products and best service to face the different challenge and opportunities.
