Established in 2014, MeetFuture Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. is a leading supplier of Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) equipment and core components for semiconductor companies in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, our company is a Shanghai Specialized and New Enterprise, recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and acknowledged as an important manufacturer in the Integrated Circuit (IC) industry in Shanghai Lingang New District.
Our company focuses on the production, Research & Development, and sales of AMHS solutions for semiconductor wafer fabs, including a total of more than 10 AMHS hardware equipment and Material Control System (MCS) scheduling software. Our products include Transfer equipment (OHT, MR), Storage equipment (FOUP/Pod/Reticle Stocker, Reticle Cabinet, NTB, OHB & OHB-Purge), Purge devices (TLP, FPS), etc.
MeetFuture has achieved a breakthrough in our AMHS product quality which is on par or even exceeding foreign advanced technologies, breaking the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in this segment and becoming the only Chinese supplier that can provide a complete set of AMHS solution for semiconductor wafer fabs with a reliable and localized supply chain. Currently, we deliver our AMHS products and solutions to the top 4 worldwide foundries; we also supply more than 20+ semiconductor customers.
