SGL Carbon - Our unique graphite and composite materials and products are in demand in industries that are defining the future. These include semiconductor, LED, solar, automotive, aerospace and wind energy industries, as well as the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries. We also develop innovative solutions for various chemical and industrial applications. We produce customized products made from fine grain graphite (SIGRAFINE ®), insulation felt (SIGRATHERM ®), CFRC (SIGRABOND), foil (SIGRAFLEX ®), porous graphite and graphite powder for Si and SiC crystal growth applications, also SiC coating graphite products. All products used in semi industry are at high quality with ultrahigh purity (ash content<5ppm).
