The company's main products are gold, copper, silver, aluminum and alloy bonding wire for integrated circuits, semiconductor devices and LED package. It also produces gold and gold alloy sector for evaporation. Doublink focused on R&D and production of bonding wire used in electronic packaging, and has the ability to develop new products.
