STAr Technologies is established in August 2000, and set up STAr Technologies (Wuhan) in 2011 to provide more efficient sales and technical service for industry customers in China market. Our expertise extends across parametric E-test, wafer-level and package-level reliability, test probe stations, mixed signal tests, etc. The services ranges from parametric and reliability test in the semiconductor front-end manufacturing process and functional test, wafer sort test in the back-end process, STAr is exactly a one-stop semiconductor test solutions supplier.
