Overview
With offices in the Netherlands, U.S.A., China and Taiwan,Teesing has three business units,TEESING INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS, TEESING SUBMICRON TECHNOLGIES,TEESING ALTERNATIVE ENERGY. TEESING SUBMICRON TECHNOLGIES we supply HP/UHP components and assemblies from source to process. Teesing has the unique capability to assemble its UHP fittings, hoses, valves, regulators and tubing in a class 100 cleanroom. For small assemblies it is possible to produce class 10.
And major toolmakers and system integrator have selected Teesing to deliver pre-assembled hose constructions under cleanroom environment. Together with our partners we can handle anything from a few samples for prototypes to complete assemblies for volume production. We test our cleanliness using UV and Laser technics, we use extreme clean dry air (XCDA) with sub ppb levels of contaminants, we have bake-out capabilities, everything to minimize particle counts and reduce TOC levels to deliver you sub-system or component ready for producing nanotechnologies.
