中钨稀有金属新材料（湖南）有限公司（以下简称“稀有新材”）是中国五矿集团下属中钨高新材料股份有限公司（股票代码：000657）开展钨钼钽铌等稀有金属及新材料生产、科研和经营的专业公司。公司由原株洲硬质合金集团有限公司钨钼制品事业部、钽铌制品事业部及湖南有色新材料科技有限公司于2021年战略整合成立。
公司是国内最早开展钨钼钽铌等稀有金属生产的企业（国家“一五”期间建设的156项重点工程之一），经过60多年的生产积累和不断的技术开发和技术改造，目前已建成各类稀有金属初级产品到深度加工产品的生产、科研、营销体系。主营产品为“钻石牌”稀有金属粉末、钨钼钽铌中间产品和精深加工产品等六大类别，共20多个系列。产品远销欧、美、日、亚等五十多个国家和地区，年出货量达到1800吨以上，各系列产品广泛应用于冶金化工、电子信息、新能源、平面显示、5G通信及半导体等领域，为经济社会发展提供了必不可少的关键性基础材料。
公司具有较大的生产规模和雄厚的技术力量，多项产品和技术先后获得国家级、省部级奖励和荣誉称号，目前已有授权专利46项。近年来公司面向国家重点扶持和国家发展的半导体、新能源等领域的关键材料，加快了精深加工产品的生产研发及市场开发力度，已与国内众多材料及制造领域龙头企业、科研院所和高校建立了合作关系。
CMT Rare Metal Advanced Materials (Hunan) Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as “CMTRM”） is a professional company of China Tungsten &High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 000657) under China Minmetals Corporation to engage in the production, scientific research and operation of tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium and other rare metals and new materials. In 2021, the company was established by strategically integrating the former tungsten& molybdenum products division, the tantalum& niobium products division which were both subordinated to Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Corp., Ltd., and Hunan Nonferrous New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
CMTRM is the first enterprise in China to engage in the production of rare metals such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium (one of the 156 key projects during the National First Five-year Plan). After more than 60 years of production accumulation and continuous technical development and technical transformation, the company has established the production, scientific research and marketing systems of various refractory metals from primary products to deeply-processed products. Our main products fall into six categories with more than 20 product series, including Diamond Brand rare metal powders, intermediate products of tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium, and finish machined products. We export our products to a number of countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, Japan and Asia, with an annual shipment of more than 1800 tons.
