The company's business focuses on the development and production of ultra-thin chip backtrack processes for semiconductor advanced power devices, with an annual production capacity of more than 2.5 million wafers, with wafer sizes ranging from 6 inches, 8 inches and 12 inches, and wafer materials ranging from Silicon to SIC(silicon carbide).
The company utilizes flexible process solutions to build different ultra-thin wafer backtrack process platforms that meet customers' technical needs.At the same time,the company has configured production environment for heavy metal processing in the chip process of FRED,SBD and other power devices,including capabilities for Pt,Pt/Ni,Au and other process related processes of 6- and 8-inch wafers.
