费尔顿技术（上海）有限公司成立于2020年，是江苏高凯精密流体技术股份有限公司旗下的全资子公司，江苏高凯精密流体技术股份有限公司致力于压电驱动和流体控制十几年时间，公司的研发、生产、制造等位于江苏常州，总部大楼20,000平，无尘车间2,000平米。
Felton公司研制的产品质量流量控制器、流量计、水蒸气蒸发器、流量比例控制器等，主要应用于半导体、光伏、光纤等领域前道制程，为各类流体提供精确控制，保证制程工艺稳定。质量流量控制器、流量计产品分为压电系列和电磁系列，满足客户的不同场景需求。
压电比例阀、高压比例阀，主要应用于激光切割、锂电前道、气密性检测、生物医药等领域的气体压力控制，Felton公司研发的压电比例阀采用压电驱动，具有响应快、精度高、无噪音等优势。
FELTON Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was established in 2020, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GK-PRETECH. GK-PRETECH has been devoted to piezoelectric drive and fluid control for over 10 years. The company owns a headquarters building for 20,000 m2 and dust-free workshops for 2,000 m2, where is also the base for R&D, production and manufacture in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The product of FELTON such as mass flow controller, mass flow meter, vapor delivery module and flow ratio controller can be widely used in front-end manufacturing of semiconductor, photovoltaic, optical fiber and other industries, which can accuracy control the flow of various fluids to ensure a stable manufacture process. To meet various requirements of customer, the product of mass flow controller and mass flow meter can be divided into two series products: piezoelectric and electromagnetic series.
The product of FELTON such as piezoelectric proportional valves and high-pressure proportional valve can be mainly applied gas pressure precision control of lase cutting, front-end manufacturing of li-ion battery, air tight test, biological medicine and other fields. Because piezoelectric proportional valves developed by FELTON adopt piezoelectric technology, it has advantage of high response, high precision, no noise and so on.
