广东天域半导体股份有限公司成立于2009年，是我国最早实现第三代半导体碳化硅外延片产业化的企业，也是国内第一家获得汽车质量认证(IATF 16949)的碳化硅半导体材料企业。
经过十余年的技术积累沉淀，公司已发展成为全球碳化硅外延片的主要供应商，在产品技术参数和客户器件良率等方面已达国际领先水平，是我国碳化硅领域少数具备国际竞争力的企业之一。公司拥有国际最顶尖的碳化硅外延设备，凭借先进的外延工艺为客户提供N型、P型掺杂半导体材料，可制作650V~3300V、3300V~20000V单极和双极功率器件，主要包括SBD、MOSFET、IGBT、JBS等，这些功率器件广泛应用于新能源汽车、光伏储能、轨道交通、智能电网、工业电源等领域。
Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is the first enterprise to realize the industrialization of the third-generation semiconductor SiC epitaxial wafers in China, and it is also the first domestic enterprise to obtain the automotive quality certification (IATF 16949) of SiC semiconductor material.
