Overview
Techneglas provides a series of advanced ceramic solid dopant sources. Sources provide long lasting high purity depositions with excellent uniformity for both boron and phosphorous for semiconductor, solar cells, MEMS, and micromachining technologies. Sources are safe and are usable in various ambient conditions. Other than quartzware, no special equipment is needed for their application (low capital investment!!) Techneglas' sources produce smoother polysilicon surfaces then other doping techniques. Typical uses with Techneglas sources: Base, Source, Emitter, Collector, Buried Layer, Diodes, Isolation, Thyristor, Ultrafast Rectifier, Polysilicon Gate, Etch Stop for MEMS.
