Luxet Infrared was founded in December 2021.We focus on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge electrical failure analysis instruments.
The Luxet Infrared team lineup is a perfect combination between academy and industry.On the one hand,we have multiple physics PHDs with profound knowledge and brilliant new ideas.We also have excellent software,mechanical,optical engineers from top industry companies such as Meta,SMEE.On the other hand,our sales and services team has more than 15 years experiences in EFA field.As of the end of 2024,it has been delivered over 30 units to top enterprises.
Luxet Thermo 100 is an advanced lock-in thermography microscope system with cooled camera.Equipped with electromotion system,cooling MWIR camera,WA, 1x, 8x lens and high voltage source meter,the equipment is suitable for failure localization of wafer,PCB board,etc.
Luxet Thermo 50 is a lock-in thermography microscope system with uncooled infrared camera.Equipped with electromotion system,a high frame rate LWIR camera,WA and multiple microscope lens, the equipment is suitable for failure localization of packaged device,PCB board,etc.High voltage SMU can be selected for essential scenarios.
Luxet InGaAs 100 is a photon emission microscope system.Equipped with electromotion system, deep cooling InGaAs camera, microscope lens and lock-in mode, the equipment is suitable for failure localization of semiconductor devices.
