Fujian Fudou New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2020. The members of founding team come from the top domestic electronic special gas research institutions and production enterprises. With more than 20 years of experience of R&D and production in electronic special gas, the team is one of the very few professional teams that master the technology of producing electronic special gas and precursor for Ultra Large Scale Integration manufacturing in China. There are more than 30 kinds of electronic gas and more than 10 kinds of semiconductor precursors, including HBr, BCl3, C2H4, C2H2, C3H6, C3H8, DIS, WCl5 and so on. Those products are widely used in cleaning, etching, deposition and other manufacturing processes. At present, the company's products have been certified by customers in the industries of integrated circuits, third-generation semiconductors, photovoltaic, and began to supply in bulk.
