西湖仪器（杭州）技术有限公司成立于2021年，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的专业化仪器设备高新技术企业。目前，西湖仪器已将超快激光加工技术应用于碳化硅衬底加工行业，完成了碳化硅衬底激光剥离设备和集成系统的开发，产品已在多家头部碳化硅衬底企业中应用落地，并在2024年获得国内首台（套）装备认定；同时，相关技术也在大尺寸金刚石晶片剥离和碳化硅AR光波导异形切割上成功应用。
Westlake Instruments established in 2021, is a professional instrument and equipment company integrating R&D, production and sales. At present, the company has successfully applied ultrafast laser processing technology to the SiC substrate processing industry, and developed laser slicing equipment and integrated systems for SiC substrates. These products have been deployed in several leading SiC substrate manufacturers and were certified as China's First (Set of) Major Technical Equipment in 2024. Furthermore, the related technology has also been successfully implemented in two key scenarios: the slicing of large-diameter diamond wafers and the irregular-shaped cutting of SiC-based augmented reality (AR) optical waveguides.
