  • Anti-Static Engineering Plastic Materials
DYNEX supplies a range of antistatic materials featuring stable conductivity and uniform surface resistance. Optimised for the requirements of semiconductor production equipment...

  • PEEK-CNT-R6

Carbon NanoTubes (CNT) are composited into conventional PEEK resin, endowing the material with superior performance while providing excellent antistatic properties. Even under high-temperature conditions, it maintains the physical characteristics of PEEK alongside stable antistatic effects. Widely utilised in high-value equipment such as semiconductors and LCDs.

    POM-CNT-R6

By incorporating carbon nanotubes into conventional POM resin, its antistatic properties are significantly enhanced.
Even under varying environmental conditions, it maintains stable physical properties and electrical conductivity.
Suitable for components in various semiconductor, LCD equipment, and precision electronic devices.

    MC-ESD-R6

A special grade product incorporating anti-static properties to traditional MC nylon.
Whilst retaining the fundamental physical characteristics of standard MC nylon, surface resistance is reduced to 10⁵ ~ 10⁹ Ω.
Suitable for electrostatic control applications within semiconductor manufacturing processes and the electrical and electronics industries.
