Shenzhen Merry Precision Electronic Co., Ltd. With over 20 years of technological accumulation, the company has established a complete process layout from material research and development, precision machining to surface treatment. By breaking through the micro scale probe forming technology and overcoming the bottleneck of electroplating process, we have successfully achieved mass production capability of 80um diameter micro spring probes, 50um diameter wire needles, and 3um diameter alloy probes. We now have four product matrices: semiconductor testing probes, ICT online detection probes, FCT functional testing probes, and PCB board testing probes, with a service network covering the Asian, European, and North American markets.
The company has always adhered to the development concept of "technology based enterprise, pioneering innovation", with a research and development team accounting for over 5% and an average annual R&D investment intensity of 8%. It has obtained 41 national patent certifications, including 2 invention patents, forming an independent and controllable core technology system.
