Baoji Hengye Non-ferrous Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Baoji, Shaanxi Province, the base for non-ferrous metal processing in China. The company specializes in research and development, production, sales, and international trade of rare metals, including Ta, Nb, Hf, V, Zr, as well as their alloys and high-temperature alloys.
After many years of rapid development, the company has now formed a complete production line, covering various processes such as smelting, forging, rolling, machining, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum welding and assembly, final product inspection, packaging, and delivery. The diverse products include standard processed non-ferrous rare metals and their alloys, such as tubes, bars, wires, plates, and strips, as well as deep-processed products such as crucibles, flanges, sputtering targets and evaporation materials, special-shaped and machined components,as well as assembled large-scale anti-corrosive chemical equipment.
The company boasts comprehensive hardware facilities, featuring an 8,000 square meter production workshop, equipped with a 1,200 kW electron beam furnace, a 500 kW electron beam furnace, a 350 kW electron beam furnace, a 1.5Tvacuum arc furnace, a 3,500Toil press, a 2,200Toil press, a 1M*5M vacuum annealing furnace, a LD120 pipe rolling mill, and other large-scale equipment. It also holds the advanced tube rolling machine, plate rolling machine, precision forging machine, multi-die drawing machine, and various auxiliary equipment, with an annual production capacity of 500T and a market share exceeding 40%.
Keeping up with market demand and supporting customer obtained 14 patents. Especially in the field of high-temperature alloy materials and refractory metal processing, including Ta-W alloy, Nb-C103 alloy, Nb521 alloy, Nb-Ti alloy and Nb-Zr alloy, it has established considerable strength, emerging as a leading supplier in the domestic market.
