Overview
MeetFuture Technology Co., Ltd. is a pioneer and industry leader in China’s Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) sector, and one of the few Chinese companies capable of delivering complete, scalable, full-fab AMHS solutions to wafer fabs on a global basis.
As one of the earliest Chinese companies to break the long-standing technological monopoly in core semiconductor AMHS systems, MF Technology has established six major product platforms covering OHT (Overhead Hoist Transport) systems, Stockers, and critical AMHS subsystems.
The company has independently developed 20 hardware products across 35 commercialized models, complemented by five proprietary software systems that significantly enhance AMHS efficiency and system intelligence.
MF Technology holds over 300 proprietary intellectual property rights and has filed nearly 80 international patents worldwide, forming a robust technology foundation with global competitiveness.
MF Technology has also led the development and release of China’s first industry standard for semiconductor OHT systems — General Technical Requirements for Overhead Hoist Transport Systems Used in Integrated Circuit Wafer Fabs (T/SICA 006—2024), establishing national benchmarks for key technical architectures, system safety, and reliability in China’s AMHS industry.
To date, MF Technology ’s solutions have been deployed in more than 50 wafer fabs worldwide, with over 20,000 AMHS-related units delivered. The company has successfully completed the deployment and acceptance of four full-fab OHT system projects and continues to secure large-scale OHT orders from leading wafer manufacturers.
In the Chinese market, MF Technology ’s OHT systems account for over 70% of the domestic localization market, reflecting strong adoption by top-tier customers.
