Wentworth offers an expansive line of manual, semi-automatic and automatic probing platforms for applications up to 300 mm ranging from failure analysis, reliability, design verification to high volume wafer sort. Wentworth’s flagship wafer probing platform, the Pegasus™ Series semi-automatic and automatic probers, bring speed, versatility, accuracy and dependability to a variety of wafer and package testing applications. Pegasus™ probers utilize proprietary LabMaster™ control software, an intuitive graphics user interface for real-time monitoring of the prober and accessories, as well as premium mapping capability and real-time yield analysis of the wafer and lot under test. The Pegasus™ Series delivers a host of other advanced accessories, including hot chucks, optics, lasers, and many others, offering customers a full turnkey solution.

Using the latest Cantilever design and manufacturing techniques, Wentworth can offer multi-DUT fine pitch probe cards with in-line pitch capability as low as 25 um, and staggered pitches of 12/24 um, high temperature probe cards up to 400°C, high current probe cards up to 100 A and low leakage parametric probe cards.

    Wentworth Laboratories signs agreement with Kummer

    Wentworth Laboratories Ltd ("Wentworth") has appointed John P Kummer GmbH ("Kummer"), a well-established supplier to the semiconductor industry, as its exclusive representative in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. Effective immediately, the agreement covers the promotion and sales of Wentworth's complete range of wafer probers, probe cards and accessories.

    Kummer has served as a specialist distributor of instruments used in the manufacturing of semiconductors for several decades, in areas such as inspection, failure analysis and test for the Solar and Semiconductor industry but also for Medical Technology as well as the Aerospace, Automotive, Sensor, and Microelectronics industries.
