SEMPA SYSTEMS GmbH was founded in 2001 in Dresden. SEMPA has established itself as a reputable supplier of highest-purity gas and chemical supply systems, also for very special applications. Customers include major companies in the semiconductor and LED industries as well as representatives of the photovoltaic and pharma sectors.
The company employs more than 80 people at its sites in Dresden (headquarters), Hermsdorf (Thuringia) and St. Petersburg (Russia). Herwith, SEMPA has a European top ranking for suppliers of ultra-high-purity supply systems. In cooperation with partners in the United States and Asia, the company operates globally.
