  • The ThermalAir temperature products are a series of high capacity thermal air stream systems that are used for temperature testing, fast thermal cycling and device temperature characterization of components, hybrids, modules, PCBs, and other electronic and non-electronic assemblies at precise temperatures from -65°C to +225°C

    Our most versatile and adjustable one-sided SMT Lead Forming System. This unique tooling system includes an adjustable tie bar cutter and an adjustable former in one system....

  • The system allows the removal of tie bars from most flat packs and quads and also adjusts any dimension on an SMT form including the foot dimension. This unit is an excellent entry level machine and is perfect for short to medium high quality production runs and R&D.

    There are three standard versions of this system Custom systems will be quoted as requested.

    F-1B/3A a standard tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thickness maximum of .150 above and below the forming lines

    F-1B/3A/SP a special tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thickness maximum of .280 above and below the forming lines to thandle thick packages
