Integrated Dynamics Engineering (IDE) is the worldwide leader in developing and manufacturing active vibration isolation systems for semiconductor and advanced packaging OEMs, as well as floor-based active and passive isolation for high-tech manufacturing and science facilities.
We lead the way with mission-critical, vibration isolation solutions for semiconductor lithography, inspection and metrology equipment, as well as advanced packaging die-to-die and die-to-wafer bonding equipment.
IDE also offers EMI active compensation for SEM/TEM equipment, precision motion controls and robots for wafer and mask handling, tool platforms and EFEMs for semiconductor OEMs.
IDE has its HQ, R&D and assembly facilities, near Frankfurt, Germany, with additional assembly near Boston, MA, USA.
