Autonomy is up to 35 waffle packs which gives a good amount of time to le the host machine run independently.

Replenishing waffle packs can be done at any time without interrupting production. Simply tell the feeder to replenish by putting the button, or let the host send the corresponding signal to the feeder. 

Special features already implemented are: present tray, load or unload components, take the waffle pack away from the pick position, open conveyor enable the operator to bring the w/p to another conveyor/process, almost empty detection, vision position, and more... 

The Quasys feeders deliver products in JEDEC Trays to or from a process. 

Handling stacks of trays is done by the JTF2, or random access is offered by the JTF3. 

Customization can be offered for odd shape trays. 

For heavy or large trays the TF-HD is the right solution.

The TF3 HD is our largest random access tray feeder. It is designed to automate custom-sized trays, thermoform trays, and multiple tray types in a single production run. Trays are loaded onto carrier plates into a cassette. This keeps the trays flat and supported during production. It loads and unloads tray sizes that fit on the 408 × 310 mm sheet to and from your machine. Multiple smaller trays can fit on one sheet, which increases production between tray exchanges and operator reloading time. Reloading can be done while your machine is running, so production is not interrupted.
