In order to enable a quick and easy installation of your gauge, you can also find clamps and centering rings within our product range.
Adapters and reduction pieces
For the quick adjustment of vacuum connections, we offer corresponding reduction pieces beside the diverse flange variations of our transducers. The adaption of small flange to diverse thread and hose connection is also easily possible.
Components against deposition
In rough and fine vacuum, different components help to capture deposits, which can be caused for example by oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Angle pieces and spiral tubes have proved successful as vapours condense on their cooler metal surface with protective effect on the vacuum sensors.
Components against contamination and coating
Thyracont developed special metal baffles, constructed to prevent possible coating of the sensor to a large extent. They keep oil molecules from getting into the vacuum chamber. Also seal rings with a fine wire filter can be used in the fine and high vacuum, especially for applications such as sputtering processes/PVD.
Practical accessory set
Practical accessory sets are available for both our VD8 compact vacuum meters (VD8ZUB) and for our digital Smartline transducers (SLZUB). Among other things, they include a power supply unit for the respective vacuum gauge and an USB interface cable in order to connect the device to a PC or laptop.
The set is delivered in a handy case which protects the gauges optimally from external influences.
Smartline™ IP54 accessories
A mating plug with cable that improves the protection class of our smartline transducers with 15-pole Sub-D connection easily and quickly is to IP54 is available for applications where gauges are exposed to splash water and dust.
Smartline Bluetooth adapter and Thyracont apps
A Bluetooth adapter class 1 is available for the digital Smartline transducers. Hence, the connection of the Bluebridge extends up to 100m and allows 16 vacuum gauges to communicate wireless. The use of the VacuGraph software and therefore the configuration, monitoring and remote control of the devices on a PC, laptop or tablet is possible without cable connection with the SLKBT.
With the free vacuum sniffer app VacuSniff™ for Android the measurement readings can be displayed numerically. An integrated alarm function informs the user as soon as pressure undercuts or exceeds a defined value. Therefore, the user always has an eye on measurements even during the assembly or maintenance of his plant.
VacuGraph™ vacuum software
The VacuGraph software for Windows, Linux and MacOS is the optimum tool to analyze, visualyze and save your measurement data. For a comfortable gauge configuaration there is even a free lite version of the software available.
Professional calibration
Each sensor is provided with individual temperature compensation that is applied using a specially developed 4 point calibration method. These calibrations are traceable to national DAkkS standards for maximum measuring precision.
A works calibration by Thyracont with a 4-page documentation can be ordered with new gauges as a service (ADJCERT, ADJCERTHV). We can also offer a DAkkS calibration by a third party institute (DKDCERT, DKDCERTHV).
Depending on the application, we suggest to have your gauges calibrated in annual intervals. A service contract with the duration of 5 years includes besides the yearly examination and works calibration also a reminder service (WVADJCERT).
Inspection certificate over pressure stability 16 bar
The Pirani and cold cathode transducers of the product families Analogline and Smartline are also available with a particularly high over pressure stability of 16 bar. As a service for the higher overpressure stability, we offer a corresponding inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN10204-3.1 inclusive of a test report.
Preventive service, maintenance and repair
To avoid cost intensive failures, our technical experts offer a large scale of consulting services. Preventively, we recommend regular maintenance of the gauges. We also gladly assist you regarding questions on how to optimally protect the devices in difficult applications. If a device shows malfunction, we do not only offer a professional repair service but can also provide you with exchange products for a quick replacement.
Warranty
Thyracont has always offered a warranty above legal standards. Competitors usually offer 12 months - the warranty period you receive on new Thyracont products has always been 24 months.
