Achieving SEMI-S2 compliance is a rigorous process that involves a detailed evaluation and testing of equipment by third-party assessors. With heavy investment in R&D, the results for ACE products have been encouraging: newly developed ACE gas cabinets and chemical system designs have successfully obtained SEMI-S2 certification.
