ZS-Handling Technologies is the "Number One" in contactless ultrasound handling
The non-contact handling systems of ZS-Handling Technologies GmbH use the Ultrasonic Suspension Technology which is optimal for sensitive substrates like ultra thin wafers, chips or laser mirrors and can be applied in all atmospheric processes.
Vibration generators generate a compressed air film with repulsive forces. This allows components to be lifted and guided along defined paths without contact, avoiding scratches and particles.
In combination with negative pressure, fragile and sensitive products can also be picked up from the top side without touching or leaving any kind of handling marks.
