Our adhesive product includes Ultra Hight Thermal(Pure Sintering), High Thermal(Hybrid Sintering) and Mid Thermal(Conductive).
Sintering products are all pressure-less type, TC up to 230W/mk and support large die size(8*8 pure sintering, 15*15 hybrid sintering).
Apart from Silver Sintering, there is also Snap Cure Anisotropic Conductive Paste in our product line which has high reliability and flexibility.
